  Where is the no star option? I absolutely hate this bank with a passion. If you are in line with 2 people ahead of you I hope you have a Snickers. Staff is slow and incompetent. During my visit today I saw an elderly woman treated with such disrespect it made my stomach turn. You have to repeat your requests at least 3 times for them to understand you and speak in a very S L O W manner. This bank may be the reason I take my business elsewhere. Stay away!!

  Employees are VERY nice but find themselves in a no-win scenario.,The facility is radically UNDER-STAFFED. While there is only ONE teller working most of the time, they have a "greeter". Because there is only ONE teller, they closed their drive-up window. The line for the ONE teller is often very long. One Saturday, I waited 10 minutes, gave up, went to my car and returned 40 minutes later. The same person who was standing in front of me when I left, still had not reached the teller. The management seemingly has NO regard for their customers' time or lives. Banking hours on Fridays were cut to close at 5:00 pm (formerly open until 7:00 pm). This increases the number of people at the bank on Saturdays who cannot bank before 5:00 on a weekday. To exacerbate the the situation, the bank also CUT its Saturday hours and now doesn't open until 10:00 am (but still close at 1:00 pm). Today, without any signage on the doors, the bank was closed. Locked doors and no lights. Possibly because of the Illinois Primary election. Seems strange since the polls open 3 hours and close 2 hours after the bank. Or is the bank just CLOSED?
